Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 working days from our London store.

Orders are shipped using selected delivery partners and may require a signature upon delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Delivery

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may delay, suspend or cancel the affected part of the order. We will notify you if your order is affected.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the parcel, we may arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Problems with Your Order

Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been successfully delivered.
