We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Food, treats and hygiene products
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Toys and chews
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Seasonal products, including Christmas and festive items
- Items purchased in-store

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for your replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
