Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be delivered by selected carriers from our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique and may require a signature upon delivery.
We will endeavour to despatch all goods that are in stock within two working days of receiving your order.
If your order contains multiple items, we may deliver them separately.
If we are unable to perform all or part of your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend the order, in whole or in part, by providing written notice.
If you fail to accept delivery, we reserve the right to attempt delivery again and may charge an additional delivery fee.
The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Once your goods have been delivered and signed for, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if there is any shortage, damage or fault.
