Can I bring samples into the shop?
We ask that all new supplier enquiries start with the form so we can stay focused on our clients and their dogs while they're in store. If we'd like to see samples after reviewing your submission, we'll be in touch to arrange it.
How long until I hear back?
We review submissions in weekly batches. If your product feels like a fit, we'll reach out within 10 working days. If you don't hear from us, it means it's not right for us at this time, though we're always glad you thought of us.
Do you work with new or small brands?
Yes. We love finding brands with real character, not just established names.
