She works with terriers and other breeds that keep a rough or wire coat. Bridget brings years of experience from the show ring to the grooming table. Her focus is on a calm and comfortable session for every dog.

Nope — never. We’re a 100% cage-free salon and don’t use drying cabinets. Your dog will be hand-dried and kept comfortable throughout their visit.
It depends on the service and your dog’s coat, but most full grooms take around 2–3 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time when you book.
For safety and focus, we ask owners to drop off and return once the session is complete. Don’t worry — your pup will be in kind, expert hands the entire time.
Absolutely. We take a gentle, personalised approach and always work at a pace that suits your dog. Just let us know any special needs when booking.
Only the good stuff — we use high-quality, gentle shampoos and conditioners from Biogance, of which we also stock in our shop. And yes, they smell amazing!
Prices vary depending on your dog’s breed, coat condition, size, and temperament. We’ll give you a tailored quote when you book — no surprises, just a beautifully groomed pup.
We require a £30 deposit to secure your appointment, which is taken upfront via a payment link we’ll send you when you book. The remaining balance is paid in-salon after your dog’s groom.
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation by text and email when you book, plus a friendly reminder 48 hours before your appointment — so there’s no chance of forgetting.
We totally understand that plans change, but cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged at 100%, as that time is reserved just for your dog.
After their pamper session, most pups can’t wait to strut their stuff and show off their fresh new look! If pick-up is delayed by more than 30 minutes, a £20 daycare fee will apply — we’ll keep your dog comfy in the meantime, but they’d really rather be out turning heads with you.
